We have been told numerous times that the ice cream machine and McFlurry machine are broken. Is this factual or is it only broken just before the restaurant closes?
Tonight we ordered 3 McFlurrys. One came out right away and then we were asked to pull forward for the other two. We waited 10 minutes for them to be brought out. They clearly didn’t use the machine to mix them because the toppings were just sitting on top of the ice cream instead of being mixed in. Though they did add a sundae dish on the side full of toppings for us to add at our discretion. Just lazy.
Horrible attitudes no person to person actions besides what do you want horrible upkeep bad owners. Food was terrible.
This location is so slow!!!! A few weeks ago I sat in the second drive up window for almost ten minutes. My order, a Diet Coke which was ready to serve, sat there as I watched an employee hand mix two McFlurrys instead of using the machine and waited on two separate customers at the counter. Finally the employee came over and handed me my soda that I already paid for.
Service has continued to decline over the past few months. Once or twice with a wait in drive thru is understandable, but this location seems to thrive on 15 to 25 minute wait times. I will not be frequenting this location anymore.
Just went through the drive through ordered two burgers a fry and a Dr Pepper, I pay and see a car cut around the line and handed their order back to the window because I assume it was wrong. So I pull up to the second window and receive two burgers two drinks and no fries I asked the lady why I got two drinks and no fries she looked at me confused as if she had no idea what I was talking about and said "that's what my screen shows." I asked which one is the Dr Pepper she told me "I don't know taste them." I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to argue so I left, now here's the problem both of the drinks weren't Dr Peppers but diet cokes and the burgers looked like they hadn't scraped the grill off all day and they smelt foul. You say you are all about quality, that's the biggest lie I've herd pertaining to this location. Pass this one on to your management team and get your s*** together.
Not impressed. Stopped by at 930pm on a Saturday night and was not sure if they were open as the lights were off. Menu lights were off as well but they took the order. Pulled up and let the woman at the window know the lights were off and she said "didn't have time to turn them on yet". I was their only customer. Was served stale fries and no packets of mayo as requested. Will not be coming back.
