Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Place is hard to find but worth it. They always manage to squeeze me in and do good work. They have loaner cars and a text message that tells you your car is done and free cookies and drinks. What else can I say!

Fantastic staff; always with a smile. They phoned with suggested changes to the work, including BOTH new things they would like to do, items that we should wait with and a couple of items that didn't need to be done! On another occasion, they suggested a much lower cost set of tires than I thought I needed and gave me very good justification for the change.
Nowadays hard to find great customer service in the auto repair industry...but it's still booming here at Tom's. Quality family owned business, and go see Meesha...she gave me a great deal on my repair. Super impressed.
Good service but stupid expensive pricing. They do provide a loaner car which is nice, but they charge you a non refundable fee to diagnose, then one of the highest shop rates I've seen outside of a dealer.
