I always take my husband suites here to be cleaned and they've come back perfect every time. We got married on the beach and did some pictures in the water, so his shirt and pants had sea water stains they came back good as new. Prices are good, not great, but very timely and happy with our experience.
My husband dropped off a nice coat of mine here and it came back completely ruined! It has a detachable fur hood that they apparently had no idea how to handle- it came back with the fur melted and burned! I honestly can't believe anyone could do something so terrible and call themselves a professional dry cleaner. Don't drop anything off here that you want to wear again because they will ruin it!
I was very disappointed with a recent experience and the response from the owner. July 2011, I brought a bride’s dress in as I was advised to have the stains removed before they set in. I stopped by several times to check on it- only to be told “it wasn’t ready”. In June 2012, the owner himself told me it was clean but not boxed due to the excessive heat from the summer. Two months later I stopped to check on it and discovered they had not even cleaned it yet- 13 months after the wedding! This is totally unacceptable; there is no reason for the delay and worse yet, to be lied to from the owner himself (Bud). I took it to a cleaner in Madison who promised it would be ready in 3 weeks. I would never recommend this place due to this experience.
