Whenever I have gone, it has been a quick, kind and easy experience.
We recently moved to the area and came from a location where the service at our local post office was exceptional, above and beyond and it made us WANT to use the USPS as much as we could. However, in the year we have been here, we have had our mailbox broken, had to purchase a PO box and lost tracking numbers. On all of these issues ...the manager at this specific location has been nothing but rude and not helpful. In fact, often seems annoyed at any question that comes her way. Her tone is condescending and does not even try to create an environment in which one would feel comfortable asking for help or want to find a solution. It has caused us to use other post offices as much as possible and ship most of our items through UPS and FedEx. Its disappointing to say the least. Her consistent behavior shows she has zero desire to be in the customer service industry and its disappointing in a small town such as this, especially when we've experienced the opposite of this at other locations.
Helpful staffed helped me to find the cheapest options for myself. Nice and friendly too.
the Mail lady never comes on time, she mix my mail with others, she is a complete mess.
Walked in with a guy at the front of the line mailing multiple boxes. A line of 5 people deep, me at the end. Lady tells the gentlemen at the front of the line to step aside to let everyone through besides me. Talk about lack of equality for the younger generation. 30 mins has passed and I have moved on to a ups store.
